:

• Production Process Optimization: Identify and implement opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and increased efficiency within our modular manufacturing facility.
• Quality Assurance: Oversee quality control procedures to ensure that modular components and modules meet or exceed industry standards and project specifications.
• Manufacturing Equipment Maintenance: Monitor the maintenance and upkeep of production equipment to minimize downtime and ensure the safe and efficient operation of our modular manufacturing processes.
• Technical Problem Solving: Analyse and resolve technical issues related to modular manufacturing to prevent disruptions and delays in production.
• Lean Manufacturing: Apply Lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies to drive continuous improvement in modular production processes.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of modular production activities, including process parameters, quality data, and equipment maintenance logs.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and foster a culture of safety among the modular manufacturing team.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design and engineering, project management, and logistics, to support the seamless integration of modular components into construction projects.
• From time to time, you may be expected to be part of special projects as are reasonably required of your job role.

PEOPLE MANAGEMENT

• Hires and trains supervisors and workers.
• Oversees the daily workflow and efficiency of production.
• Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
• Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.

BEHAVIOURAL SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor\'s degree in mechanical engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Master\'s degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in a production engineering role, preferably within the modular offsite manufacturing industry.
• Proficiency in manufacturing software and tools, including CAD and CAM systems.
• Strong understanding of Lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic modular manufacturing environment
