Job Scope:

Managing DPC & Promo co-packing Logistics operations.

Monitoring all warehousing, transportations, Factory RPM internal replenishment, logistics distribution cost, governance, and leading logistics excellence agenda. Monitoring all co-packers and promo execution.

You will be also responsible for building, developing, and reviewing the department KPIs and evaluate their outcomes. Also, you will be responsible for developing the team capabilities and skills and discuss their future fit plans. In addition, you will be accountable to deliver logistics safety, quality, cost savings, business waste reduction, customer service, continuous improvement projects and sustainability improvements.

Roles & Responsibilities

Ensure distribution of products on time and in full within the required conditions.

Drive CCFOT (Customer Case Fill On Time); ICCFOT (Inter Company Case Fill on Time); Working Capital (Stock) reduction and CEPs (Cost Effectiveness Programs)

Determine and optimize the warehouse and transport capacity with 3PL\xe2\x80\x99s, do performance management for all 3PLs.

Ensure all operations in Warehouse and Distribution are within the agreed SHEQ and food safety guidelines of Unilever.

Monitor RPM daily call off.

Conduct periodic stock count and reconcile physical, 3PL and UL system stocks to ensure stock accuracy.

Monitor and organize FIFO applications in the warehouse operations, avoid business waste and follow shelf life requirements of the markets.

Monitor Booking of export container.

Coordinate the inbound logistics operations of RPM, ensure on time clearance & reporting in SAP.

Support Regional Logistics Excellence team on supply chain savings projects.

Manage the effective processing of supplier invoices and payments to 3PLs; customer claims.

Responsible for custom clearance in operations where it is not managed by 3PL.

Ensure appropriate stock provisions are made in books for SLOB\xe2\x80\x99s. Ensure timely initiation of disposals to minimize losses.

Ensure getting the NRP from planning team.

Cascade the NRP to promo specialists across Arabia.

Monitor promo reservations vs stock level across Arabia markets.

Communicate DSR monthly with Planning and customer service teams.

Ensure all operations in Warehouse and Distribution are within the agreed SHEQ and food safety guidelines of Unilever.

Meet OTIF/IF targets across product groups across Arabia markets.

Monitor rework execution.

Manage 3PL capacity and scope of work.

Ensure valid co-packing cost shared with Marketing team on regular basis.

Manage Efficient co-packing between local and central allocation.

Engage with procurement to ensure valid contracts for all co-packers across Arabia.

Manage the effective processing of invoices and payments to 3PLs.

Monitor PM availability for promotions.

Ensure appropriate stock provisions are made in books for SLOB\xe2\x80\x99s. Ensure timely initiation of disposals to minimize losses.

Ensure fast execution for promo exceptions.

Key Competencies & Skills:

Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in industrial engineering, supply chain or any relevant degree.

3 \xe2\x80\x935 Years of experience in supply chain management or logistics.

Strong financial and business acumen.

Excellent communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Office applications.
