We are seeking skilled Dozer Operators to join our earthmoving and site preparation team in Habshan. The ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in operating heavy machinery and performing grading, leveling, and backfilling works efficiently and safely.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Operate dozers for land preparation, grading, trench backfilling, and other site works.
Work closely with the site engineer or supervisor to complete assigned tasks as per schedule.
Perform daily inspections and ensure equipment is in good working condition.
Follow operational and safety guidelines while working in oilfield or restricted areas.
Record and report any malfunctions, damages, or maintenance needs.
Support team members in maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications & Experience:
Possession of a valid UAE Heavy Equipment Operator License.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience within the UAE.
Prior experience in oilfield or ADNOC projects will be an added advantage.
Sound knowledge of grading and slope adjustment techniques.
Ability to follow safety protocols and communicate effectively in English or Hindi/Urdu.
