to join our team for large-scale construction, earthworks, and infrastructure projects across the UAE. The ideal candidate will be proficient in operating bulldozers to perform heavy-duty tasks such as grading, leveling, and moving earth, soil, and debris efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate bulldozers (dozers) for various construction tasks including earthmoving, grading, and leveling.
Perform land clearing, road construction, trenching, and site preparation activities.
Grade and level terrain for construction sites, roads, foundations, and utilities.
Assist in moving materials like soil, sand, gravel, and debris across job sites.
Ensure optimal performance and safety by conducting regular equipment checks and basic maintenance.
Monitor and adjust equipment settings such as blade angles and depth to achieve required specifications.
Work in coordination with other heavy equipment operators, foremen, and site supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain clear and effective communication with the team and report any equipment issues to the maintenance department.
Follow all UAE safety regulations, ensuring compliance with safety standards and protocols.
Ensure that work is completed within the designated timeline and according to project specifications.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience operating bulldozers on construction, infrastructure, or roadwork projects.
Valid UAE heavy equipment operator license (if required for dozer operation).
Strong understanding of dozer operations, safety protocols, and construction site procedures.
Ability to read and interpret project plans and blueprints.
Physical stamina and ability to work in challenging environments such as extreme heat or dusty conditions.
Excellent communication skills (English fluency; Arabic or Hindi is a plus).
Ability to work as part of a team and under the supervision of site managers or project leads.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in large-scale construction projects, roadworks, or land development in the UAE or GCC region.
Familiarity with GPS or laser-guided systems for precise grading and leveling.
Knowledge of basic equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
Ability to operate various attachments (e.g., rippers, blades) with the dozer.
