We are currently hiring experienced Dozer Operators for our ongoing operations in Habshan, UAE. Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience on ADNOC projects and familiarity with oilfield safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate dozers to clear land, level surfaces, and support excavation or backfilling operations.
Follow instructions from supervisors/site engineers.
Conduct pre- and post-operation inspections of equipment.
Ensure safety practices are followed in compliance with ADNOC and company HSE standards.
Maintain machinery in good condition and report issues promptly.
Requirements:
Valid UAE Heavy Equipment Operator License.
Minimum 3 years of experience operating dozers in the UAE.
Experience working on ADNOC or oilfield projects is highly preferred.
Knowledge of terrain grading, slope work, and trench backfilling.
Familiar with safety procedures in restricted zones and oilfield environments.
Basic communication skills in English or Hindi/Urdu.
