Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for preparing various food prep products.
Operating a variety of kitchen utensils and/or equipment for weighing, measuring, mixing, etc.
Follow recipes and/or product directions for proper food preparation.
Prep foods using the proper method of peeling, cutting, slicing, straining, stirring, or kneading.
Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed, including wrapping, labeling, dating, and stock rotation along with checking the temperature of products.
Receive food and beverage product supplies and stock areas as needed.
Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas by hand or cart.
Clean and sanitize workstation and equipment.
Assist with a variety of kitchen related functions as needed.
Fluent in English
