Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, systems, and equipment at site offices, worker accommodations, and construction/piling sites. Troubleshoot electrical faults in lighting circuits, distribution boards, sockets, switches, and small power systems. Assist with electrical support for piling machinery, generators, welding machines, and temporary site power setups. Inspect electrical systems and ensure compliance with safety and industry standards. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical equipment used in piling operations. Identify and repair short circuits, cable faults, panel issues, and earthing problems. Support site teams by providing temporary power connections for rigs, compressors, and site machinery. Maintain logs of electrical repairs, materials used, and service reports. Follow safety guidelines and ensure proper grounding and load balancing at all times.

Skills & Requirements:

Experience as an

Electrician

in a

Piling / Construction environment

. Knowledge of electrical wiring, DB dressing, cable routing, and industrial connections. Familiarity with single-phase and three-phase electrical systems. Ability to diagnose electrical faults independently. Understanding of safety and lock-out/tag-out procedures. Basic knowledge of generators and site power distribution. Physically fit and able to work in outdoor site conditions. Good communication and teamwork skills.
