We are seeking a highly organized, compassionate, and proactive
Domestic Workers Supervisor
to oversee the welfare, training, and coordination of our domestic staff (housemaids and nannies) in Al Ain and Abu Dhabi. This role is essential in ensuring a high standard of hygiene, professionalism, and wellbeing within our domestic workforce and their accommodation.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain up-to-date records and communicate the availability of housemaids to administrative and marketing staff.
Ensure domestic workers meet hygiene and grooming standards (clean uniforms, daily showers, personal care, etc.).
Assist in training and orienting new or inexperienced domestic workers on proper household tasks and etiquette.
Support domestic workers during client interviews, providing guidance and facilitating communication.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all domestic staff regarding personal and professional concerns.
Report any incidents or irregularities in the accommodation to the Administrative Manager promptly.
Monitor and support domestic workers' welfare in relation to accommodation, meals, health, hygiene, and overall well-being.
Coordinate with relevant departments for concerns related to individual domestic workers (performance, discipline, reassignment, etc.).
Oversee cleanliness and order in the office premises; supervise domestic workers assigned to office cleaning duties.
Ensure all domestic workers residing in the accommodation maintain hygiene and contribute to a healthy living environment.
Conduct daily inspections of accommodations and report any issues or observations to the management team.
Manage room assignments for new workers according to standard operating procedures, and monitor their movements within the facility.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably in domestic work or facility management.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage and resolve conflicts with empathy and fairness.
Good organizational and time-management abilities.
Basic knowledge of hygiene, sanitation, and health practices.
Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic or Tagalog is an advantage.
Must be based in or willing to relocate to Al Ain or Abu Dhabi.
