The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering personalized care, monitoring patient conditions, and coordinating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal outcomes in accordance with Department of Health (DOH) regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing care to patients in their homes, including wound care, medication administration, and monitoring of vital signs.
Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians and family members.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation as per DOH standards.
Educate patients and their families on disease management, medications, and post-treatment care.
Respond to emergency situations promptly and appropriately.
Coordinate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
Ensure compliance with all DOH regulations and clinical protocols.
Maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries at all times.
Promote patient safety and infection control practices in the home environment.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Valid
DOH/HAAD
RN license or eligibility.
Bachelor's degree in nursing.
Minimum
2 years of nursing experience
, preferably in
homecare
.
BLS certifications
(required).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
Must be female, as per client and cultural requirements.
Willingness to travel to patient homes within the assigned area.
Working Conditions:
Rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays, may be required.
On-call duties may apply depending on patient needs.
