Deliver safe, effective, and high-quality nursing care in accordance with DOH standards.
Monitor patient conditions, record vital signs, and administer medications as prescribed.
Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, feeding, and mobility.
Provide wound care, catheter care, injections, and other nursing procedures as required.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient care and progress.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and supervising healthcare providers.
Educate families about care plans, medications, and health management.
Respond to emergencies and report critical changes in patient condition promptly.
Ensure infection control and hygiene standards are maintained at all times.
Maintain confidentiality and uphold patient dignity and privacy.
Key Requirements:
Valid DOH (HAAD) License or active eligibility letter as a Registered Nurse.
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a home care or private duty setting (UAE experience preferred).
Excellent clinical skills and understanding of home-based patient care.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Compassionate, patient-focused, and emotionally resilient.
