We are seeking a DOH licensed nurse to join construction Site. The nurse will be responsible for ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of employees on-site, providing first aid, managing occupational health concerns, and supporting workplace safety initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide immediate first aid and emergency care to employees at the site.
Conduct regular health check-ups and maintain medical records of workers.
Monitor and report work-related injuries, accidents, or illnesses in compliance with DOH and UAE labour regulations.
Promote occupational health and safety awareness among workers.
Support the HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) team in implementing health and safety measures.
Ensure compliance with DOH and company health protocols.
Administer medications and basic treatment as per DOH guidelines.
Requirements:
Valid DOH (Department of Health)/MOH (Ministry of Health) License.
Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Nursing.
Minimum one years of experience
Knowledge of first aid, emergency response, and workplace health standards.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle high-pressure situations and respond quickly in emergencies.
