Job Description

Job Summary:

Document Controller is responsible to ensure the Document Management consistency across all Projects, meticulously, maintaining control and traceability of the documentation from Project initiation throughout completion.

Duties & Responsibilities

:

Develop and maintain the Document Management System to ensure compliance with company procedures and client standards. Manage the flow of documents (incoming/outgoing) in both electronic and paper formats, ensuring proper registration and archiving. Ensure standardized formatting, numbering, and revision control for all project documents and drawings. Distribute the latest approved versions of documents and drawings to internal teams and external stakeholders (clients, contractors, suppliers). Coordinate with project teams and third parties to maintain consistency and efficiency in document handling and project close-out. Maintain the Master Document Register (MDR) in cooperation with the Project Manager. Monitor technical document reviews and approvals as per project timelines. Ensure compliance with QHSE standards (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001) in all document-related activities. Support audits and inspections by maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation. Report and record document-related non-conformities and follow up with the QHSE department for resolution.

Education & Experience:

Bachelor's Degree in Business management or relevant degree 5-6 years of experience, min. 2 years with Consulting background Knowledge for close-out document in final stage. Knowledge client system e.g., FCTS, PDML & Municipality permits approval Knowledge of various file formats
