Review Corporate credit facilities documents drafted for customer execution to ensure compliance with related approval terms and conditions and operating manuals prior release to business Review Corporate executed credit facilities documents for authenticity, enforceability and compliance with related approval terms and conditions and operating manuals prior confirming docs perfection Coordinate with the related business partners for the accuracy of documents Ensure unit controls and reports are duly updated in a timely manner and intact at all times. Carry out all activities set\indicated in related operating manuals and guidelines. Ensure adherence to turnaround time set by related transaction service levels agreement.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Education
Bachelor Degree in Finance / Accounting / Economics/ Banking or equivalent.
Languages
Fluent English – Fluent Arabic (Written – Spoken)
Required Experience
5 – 12 years of relevant work experience within Corporate Banking, with solid experience in corporate banking.
