Job Description

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACOUNTABILITIES

 Review Corporate credit facilities documents drafted for customer execution to ensure compliance with related
approval terms and conditions and operating manuals prior release to business
 Review Corporate executed credit facilities documents for authenticity, enforceability and compliance with
related approval terms and conditions and operating manuals prior confirming docs perfection
 Coordinate with the related business partners for the accuracy of documents
 Ensure unit controls and reports are duly updated in a timely manner and intact at all times.
 Carry out all activities set\indicated in related operating manuals and guidelines.
 Ensure adherence to turnaround time set by related transaction service levels agreement.
  • JOB REQUIREMENTS


Minimum Education
Bachelor Degree in Finance / Accounting / Economics/ Banking or equivalent.

Languages
Fluent English – Fluent Arabic (Written – Spoken)

Required Experience
5 – 12 years of relevant work experience within Corporate Banking, with solid experience in corporate banking.
