Job Summary: Looking for a Document Controller/Secretary in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:
  • Control the company documents as required
  • Make sure all documentation meets formal requirements as well as required standards
  • Create documentation structures as well as workflows
  • Handle the electronic document management system as well as hard copy records
  • Edit documents for accuracy and compliance as may be required
  • Make sure all documentation is controlled based on the company\'s procedures for document control
  • Examine files to release blueprints, drawings as well as engineering documents to relevant departments
  • Upload and share out documents to relevant parties based on the document distribution matrix workflow
  • Perform any other relevant tasks as may be required
Job Qualifications and Experience
  • Degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies or its equivalent
  • At least 1+ years of experience in the same or similar role
  • Good Ms Office suite knowledge required
  • Must have excellent time management skills
  • Must have a very good typing speed
