1. Responsible in processing of project-related documentation for review and approval in accordance with company processes, procedures and best practice for Project-related use. 2. Receives and registers Client provided document for detail engineering or construction engineering project, including in-house generated document. 3. Controls issuance of document numbers, including maintenance of proper document registers for detail engineering or construction project. 4. Maintains specifically assigned project database/s. 5. Ensures proper document classification, sorting, filing and proper archiving. 6. Reviews completeness of documentation and prepares document transmittals. 7. Prepares and maintains IFC and As-built registers for construction project, either for in-house use or for onward transmittal to Client during project closeout. 8. Performs document quality check in accordance to Company document control procedures. 9. Performs file backup to ensure proper storage and archiving of electronic registers.
