Job Summary: Looking for a Document Controller/Coordinator in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:
  • Undertake document control activities in the company
  • Assist in scanning, organizing and filing critical documents
  • Handle the flow of all documents in the company
  • Prepare outgoing and ingoing documents
  • Keep up document registers as required
  • Conduct any other related duty as may be assigned by the supervisor
Job Qualifications and Experience
  • Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies or its equivalent
  • At least 2-3 years of relevant experience
  • Good computer application knowledge with excellent typing skills
  • Philippines nationals are required to apply
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Candidates on visit visa are required to apply
  • Must be accurate and detail oriented
  • Ability to maintain confidential information
  • Good skills in data entry
