Document Controller / Secretary

Job Description

& Responsibilities:
  • Answering telephone, taking and relaying messages.
  • Receiving, sorting and distributing mails.
  • Coordinating the flow of documents among project operations, engineering disciplines, construction team and other department(s).
  • Ensuring that the pre-established Document Control Requirements are satisfactorily met throughout the project duration.
  • Working hand in hand with Head of Projects and ensuring that all documentation meet formal Requirements and Standards.
  • Perform various functions for the project as and whenever necessary.
Requirements/Eligibility:
  • Bachelor Degree is preferred.
  • 3 Years working experience in UAE in Contracting/Construction field.
  • Excellent skill of Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent Communication & Interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Job Types: Contract, Permanent, Full-time
Contract length: 24 months Salary: AED1,500.00 - AED2,500.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Fujairah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
