Document Controller / Secretary

Job Description

Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:
  • Managing documents such as Shop Drawings, Submittals/Logs, Monitoring Sheets/Reports, Requests, Project Requirements, Letters etc.
  • Updating and maintaining document management systems.
  • Maintaining the security of confidential documents.
  • Processing, typing, editing, and formatting reports, business letters and documents.
  • Coordinating with company\'s internal departments (HR, Accounts, Purchase, Contracts, Logistics etc.)
  • Communicating with the subcontractors, government permitting sectors, etc.
  • Directing internal/external calls and emails to designated department/person.
  • Arranging and scheduling appointments, meetings, site visits etc.
  • Performing other secretarial duties.
Requirements:
  • Formal qualification/experience in secretarial work, or document control.
  • At least 2 years experience as Document Controller.
  • With experience in Construction industry.
  • Should be able to join IMMEDIATELY.
