to join our construction team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, organizing, and controlling all project documents to ensure accuracy, proper version control, and timely distribution in accordance with company and project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and control all incoming and outgoing project documents
Maintain proper filing systems (hard copy and electronic)
Ensure documents are correctly numbered, dated, and approved
Coordinate document submission with consultants, clients, and subcontractors
Track document revisions and maintain updated records
Prepare document registers and reports as required
Ensure compliance with company procedures and project standards
Support project and site teams with documentation requirements
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in a relevant field
Minimum
2-4 years of experience
as a Document Controller in the
construction field
Fluent in Arabic and English
, with the ability to write correct Arabic and professional English
Good knowledge of document control systems and procedures
Proficiency in
MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Arab nationality preferred
Experience in Qatar projects is an advantage
