The Role
We are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Document Controller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and controlling all project documents, ensuring their accuracy, quality, and integrity. The Document Controller will play a crucial role in organizing and maintaining project documentation in compliance with company standards and industry regulations. Responsibilities: - Manage and control the flow of documentation within the organization and with external parties - Establish and maintain document control processes and procedures - Ensure all project documents are accurately and efficiently distributed, tracked, and filed - Review and verify the accuracy and quality of documents, including drawings, specifications, and correspondence - Maintain document logs, registers, and databases to track the status of documents and ensure timely retrieval - Coordinate with project teams to ensure all documentation is in compliance with company standards and project requirements - Assist in the preparation of project reports, presentations, and other documentation as required - Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to document control procedures and standards

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Document Controller or in a similar role within the MEP industry - Familiarity with document management systems and software, such as SharePoint or Aconex - Strong understanding of document control processes and best practices - High level of accuracy and attention to detail - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and standards
