Role Summary
As a Document Controller at Parsons in Dubai, you will manage the flow, tracking, and storage of project-related documents to support efficient operations and compliance. The role involves working with engineering, construction, and project teams to ensure documentation standards are maintained and deadlines are met. This position requires proficiency in electronic document management tools and a structured approach to organizing technical information.
What You'll Do

• Coordinate document workflows across engineering, operations, and construction teams
• Maintain logs, registers, and document reports in compliance with internal and client requirements
• Ensure documentation meets control requirements including versioning, approvals, and formatting
• Use tools like Aconex and Microsoft Office to manage documentation processes
• Archive, scan, and maintain both digital and physical records
• Support project audits by ensuring proper documentation and traceability
• Guide junior document control staff in applying project-specific procedures
• Communicate with internal departments and suppliers to track document status
• Provide general administrative assistance related to project documentation

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in any discipline (UAE attested)
• Minimum 4 years of experience, with at least 3 years in document control
• Proficiency in Aconex and MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with EDMS platforms and document compliance workflows
• Good communication, coordination, and time-management skills
• Valid UAE driving license is an advantage
