Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Document Controller (preferably female) with a strong background in the MEP industry to join our team. This position will be based in Dubai to handle the intake, management, and storage of our company's documentation operation for our various projects in the UAE, India, & the Middle East.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and submit Operation and Maintenance Manuals as per the client's format. Manage and oversee documents for the entire organization. To maintain records and logs and oversee document control. Ensure the proper documents are created and signed, that all data is accurate, that documents are stored and backed up, and that any retention policies are followed. Print and distribute documents as needed. Scan and upload documents according to company procedure. Collect and register all technical documents, such as drawings and blueprints, in the company's system. Keep other personnel updated on new document versions and how to obtain access. Handle records across various departments. Create templates for use by other personnel. Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information and terms of agreement. Retrieve files as requested by employees and clients.

Requirement:

Proven work experience as a Document Controller with a minimum of 3 years or in kind of documentation from MEP / Consultancy Companies. Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Courses. Specific training courses related to Document Management. Hands-on experience with MS Office (MS Outlook, and Advanced Excel & PowerPoint Presentation). Knowledge of Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) Experience with Aconex Documentation.
