The Document Controller cum Sales Coordinator is responsible for managing and maintaining all sales documentation supporting the sales team in preparing quotations, coordinating orders, and maintaining client communication. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, organized, and have a strong understanding of quotation preparation.
Job Responsibilities:-
Sales Coordination:

Prepare and follow up on quotations, purchase orders, and delivery note.
?Coordinate with sales and store teams to ensure timely delivery of customer orders.
?Maintain records of customer interactions, inquiries, and sales activities.
?Support the sales team by handling administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings.
?Respond to client queries via email and phone in a professional and timely manner.
Qualifications and Skills:-
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma
2-4 years of experience in document control and/or sales coordination roles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); knowledge of ERP systems is a plus.
Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
