Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service & Document Clearance Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing client interactions while ensuring the efficient processing of documents and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:



Act as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering professional and timely support. Coordinate, process, and follow up on all document clearance activities and government-related submissions. Maintain organized and accurate records, files, and documentation. Respond to client inquiries promptly and provide regular updates on progress. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure service quality and adherence to company standards.

Requirements:



Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail. Proficiency in customer service and administrative coordination. Previous experience in document clearance, PRO services, or customer support is an advantage. Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
