This role falls under our Dubai Harbour Marinas and will be responsible for assisting with the daily operations of marina operations. Their primary role is to assist marina members with berthing which includes directing boats to appropriate berth locations, tying boats up in the berth, and ensuring that boats are properly secured.
Responsibilities:
Handle boats arriving and departing the berth, and assisting boaters with tie-ups Greet marina members, providing information, answering questions, and providing excellent customer service Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of the pontoons, boats, and marina facilities Assist and performing pump-out services Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of the pontoons, equipment, and marina facilities Assist in enforcing the marina's rules and regulations, ensuring that all boaters comply with rules and regulations as applicable for the marina Able to perform other related responsibilities as assigned by the Management of Dubai Harbour Marinas Abide with Shamal LLC policies and procedures To ensure compliance with ISO integrated management systems requirements in the daily operations of Dubai Harbour Marinas. Work hours as required to do your task but normally to work 48 hours per week

Qualifications:

Preferred Educational Qualifications and Professional Certifications

Diploma or Degree in Office Administration

Experience

* 2 years experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator or similar role.
