Bella Best Deals LLC is looking for a
DM-approved Civil/Structural Engineer
with experience inG+1 building design and approvals
. The engineer will be responsible for preparing, submitting, and supervising projects in compliance withDubai Municipality regulations
.Responsibilities:
Prepare and submit G+1 building drawings to DM for approval. Supervise construction to ensure adherence to approved plans. Prepare structural calculations, reports, and approvals. Liaise with clients, contractors, and Dubai Municipality officials.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.
Dubai Municipality approval for G+1 structures
(mandatory). Minimum 1-2 years experience in G+1 building projects. Knowledge of UAE building codes and authority approval process. Strong communication and coordination skills.Preferred:
Experience in multiple G+1 projects with DM approval.
