We are looking for a highly qualified and experienced

DM Approved Engineer

to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee and manage construction and renovation projects in compliance with Dubai Municipality (DM) regulations, ensuring all designs, plans, and site operations meet the required standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and review project designs, plans, and drawings to ensure compliance with DM regulations. Obtain necessary approvals and permits from Dubai Municipality for project execution. Supervise and coordinate on-site activities, ensuring adherence to approved designs and safety standards. Liaise with clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities to address project requirements and resolve issues. Conduct regular site inspections and prepare detailed progress reports. Ensure proper documentation and submission of reports to DM and other relevant authorities. Stay updated on DM guidelines and implement changes as required in project workflows.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. Valid

Dubai Municipality Engineer Approval Certificate

. 5 of relevant experience in construction or project management in the UAE. In-depth knowledge of DM regulations, codes, and approval processes. Strong project management and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficient in using design and project management software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Primavera, or similar tools. Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
