Role Overview



We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented

Dubai Municipality (DM) Approved Architect

with a minimum of

5 years' experience

. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and submitting architectural drawings to DM and other authorities, ensuring compliance with regulations while contributing to creative design solutions.

Key Responsibilities



Lead the preparation and submission of architectural drawings and documents for Dubai Municipality (DM) approvals. Coordinate with other authorities such as Nakheel, Trakhees, DDA, and Civil Defense for project approvals. Develop design concepts, detailed drawings, and construction documents in compliance with UAE codes. Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth project progress. Conduct site visits, inspections, and resolve technical/approval-related issues. Ensure timely submissions and approvals for multiple projects.

Requirements



Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.

Minimum 5 years' professional experience in the architecture field.

Dubai Municipality (DM) Approved Architect

(mandatory). Valid

Trakhees accreditation card.

Proven track record in handling authority submissions and obtaining approvals. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, and Adobe Suite. Strong knowledge of Dubai Building Codes, regulations, and standards. Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
