A Reputed Contracting Company operating throughout in the Kingdom with Head-Office at AL-Khobar, requires a well suited Qualified "Divisional Manager -Rental EquipmentaEUR to successfully run and enhance the Heavy Equipment Rental Business in KSA. Company keeps a Sized fleet of Heavy Equipment and interested to increase it further. Manager will lead a team of Business Coordinators to generate and manage the targeted business, also be responsible for Equipment, & Maintenance Workshop/laydown. Position is Head office based, with frequent visits to clients and projects sites as job functions required. Minimum required credentials are as under: . Education: Engineering Graduate or MBA + PMP Preferred . Experience: Minimum 8-10 Years Experience on Similar Position in Rental Equipment Companies in KSA/Gulf. . Vendor Management: Excellent abilities to Negotiate and manage contracts with Clients . Budget Development and Optimization in Spending will be the routine tasks, always on. . Divisional Manager will lead a team of "Business CoordinatorsaEUR deployed at various clients, to Generate the Targeted Business Volume. . Client Satisfaction and Business development are the core requirements from this position holder. . Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. .
