About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled

Rope Access Division Manager

to lead, manage, and grow our Rope Access Division. The successful candidate will oversee daily operations, ensure project efficiency, enforce strict safety compliance, conduct site evaluations, and independently manage rope access projects from initiation through completion.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, manage, and develop the Rope Access Division, ensuring seamless coordination of all operational activities. Plan, execute, and oversee rope access projects, including facade cleaning, maintenance, inspections, and specialized access works. Ensure full compliance with

IRATA / SPRAT standards

, UAE regulatory requirements, and company safety policies. Conduct detailed site assessments and regular site visits to evaluate project scope, risks, manpower, and resource requirements. Supervise, mentor, train, and evaluate rope access technicians and team leaders. Prepare and review quotations, proposals, method statements, risk assessments, and other project documentation. Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal departments to ensure timely, safe, and high-quality service delivery. Develop, implement, and continuously improve operational and business strategies to enhance efficiency, safety performance, service quality, and profitability of the Rope Access Division. Manage rope access equipment, safety gear, inspection schedules, and certification renewals. Support business development activities, including tender preparation and submissions. Ensure all projects are completed within agreed timelines, budgets, and safety standards. Maintain and expand broad client base across Dubai and the UAE, ensuring strong, long-term client relationships and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in

Engineering, Facilities Management, Construction

, or a related field. Minimum

5 years of experience

in rope access operations within the

Gulf Region / Middle East

, including team management. Knowledge of IRATA / SPRAT standards, UAE regulatory requirements

Valid UAE Driving License

(mandatory). Strong knowledge of rope access techniques, safety procedures, rescue planning, and industry best practices. Proven experience managing

facade cleaning, maintenance, inspection, and technical access projects

. Strong, established clientele network within Dubai and the UAE, with a demonstrated ability to maintain excellent client relationships. Ability to independently conduct site visits and accurately assess project requirements. Experience in preparing quotations, proposals, and technical project documentation. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Strong

English communication skills

(spoken and written).

Hindi-speaking ability is an advantage
