As we expand our operations, we are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Rope Access Operations Manager to join our team.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a qualified Rope Access Operations Manager to oversee all rope access operations and ensure that work is carried out in compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and client requirements. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in managing rope access operations and will be adept at ensuring the highest levels of safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise all rope access operations for ongoing projects. Ensure compliance with local and international regulations, safety standards, and procedures. Oversee the training and certification of rope access technicians. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety and quality control. Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met on time and within budget. Prepare and manage operational reports, including risk assessments and method statements. Ensure the proper maintenance and storage of rope access equipment.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Minimum 4-5 years of experience in managing rope access operations. In-depth knowledge of rope access regulations, safety standards, and industry best practices. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Valid rope access certifications (IRATA, SPRAT, etc.) are required. Ability to manage a team and coordinate across multiple projects. A proactive approach to problem-solving and operational improvements.
