Division Manager - KLD DEPARTMENT: Kitchen & Laundry Division (OMAN) Job Responsibilities Finance Set and achieve financial targets for the division, conduct monthly sales forecasting, and monitor work in progress. You are responsible for forecasting budget targets and mitigating financial risks, analyzing budget shortfalls, and identifying cost-saving measures. Periodic reviews of account receivables, account payables, and inventory are essential to maintaining healthy working capital. Additionally, you should oversee and implement best practices for everyday financial operations. Operation Evaluate division performance and implement new strategies for performance improvements. You must oversee contracts, mentor and guide staff to ensure adherence to contract guidelines and targets. Regular meetings with the sales and project teams are necessary to review potential orders and project status. You should also liaise with other departments of the organization for any correlative matters and administrative issues. Purchase requisition and purchase order approvals, material procurement management, and cost control for the division are also part of your responsibilities. Sales & Marketing Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to expand the business. Exploring new avenues for business expansion is also essential. You should effectively manage principal suppliers for commercial and technical issues. Guiding and motivating the sales team to achieve sales targets is a crucial part of your role. HR & Administration Manage employee recruitment, training, performance evaluation, disciplinary matters, salary increments, and promotions in coordination with HR&A. You should adhere to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes and ensure that they are communicated and implemented within the team. Ensuring and maintaining employee productivity levels is important, and utilizing interpersonal and communication skills to lead, influence, and encourage the team is necessary. You must update the KRA/KPI of all employees regularly and encourage mutual trust, respect, and cooperation among team members. Quality Managment System Document and oversee the quality objectives for the division. You are fully responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System standards. You and your team must demonstrate compliance with the Context of the organization, Leadership, Planning, Support, Operation, Performance evaluation, and Improvement clauses. Additionally, you are also responsible for ensuring compliance with ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health & Safety Management System standards. You and your team must demonstrate compliance with the Context of the organization, Leadership, Planning (Hazard identification and assessment of risks and opportunities), Support, Operation (Eliminating hazards and reducing OH&S risks, Emergency preparedness and response), Performance evaluation, and Improvement clauses. Requirments Mechanical Engineer with 15 to 20 years of versatile experience in the field of Kitchen & Laundry The candidate must have experience of bidding for large commercial sizeable projects like airport kitchens, hotel & commercial kitchens and customized projects for individuals residential buildings/villas and institutions. He must be capable of establishing communication with global vendors and coordinating team of vendors & sub-contractors for effective execution. He should have work independently and should have experience in leading the team of engineers, estimators, technicians, and sales staff. Must have GCC Driving Licence.
