Define
division KPIs, objectives, and performance metrics
to ensure accountability and business outcomes.
Identify
new market opportunities, emerging technologies, and strategic partnerships
relevant to ELV and security systems.
Oversee
end-to-end delivery of ELV and security projects
, including CCTV, access control, intrusion detection, structured cabling, PA systems, intercoms, BMS interfaces, AV solutions, and other integrated technologies.
Manage
project budgets, cost control, variations, claims, and final accounts
.
Ensure
project plans, schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols
are adhered to.
Drive
continuous improvement
in operational methodologies, workflows, and execution efficiency.
Monitor project
risks, issues, and mitigation plans
to ensure timely and successful delivery.
Review and approve
technical submittals, designs, BOQs, specifications, and system integration plans
.
Ensure adherence to
relevant codes, standards, and regulatory requirements
in Qatar.
Lead, coach, and mentor a
multidisciplinary team
of engineers, project managers, and technical staff.
Promote a
high-performance, accountable, and safety-conscious culture
within the division.
Oversee
training, succession planning, and resource allocation
across the division.
Manage
client, consultant, main contractor, vendor, authority, and subcontractor relationships
.
Supervise
procurement, contract management, material quality, delivery, and vendor coordination
.
Provide
regular reports and project updates
to senior management and stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's Degree in
Electrical, Electronics, or Telecommunications Engineering
(or equivalent).
MBA or professional certifications such as
PMP, Prince2, BICSI, RCDD
, or relevant security/technology certifications are advantageous.
Minimum
15 years of experience in ELV and security systems projects
