Distribution Supervisor
Job Description
1. Lead and manage daily transportation and delivery operations to ensure on-time delivery performance (OTD ? 98%).
2. Coordinate with warehouse and dispatch teams for efficient vehicle loading and route planning.
3. Supervise fleet operations (owned and contracted vehicles) to ensure optimal utilization, maintenance, and cost control.
4. Ensure all delivery documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with company procedures.
5. Manage drivers, loaders, and logistics staff, including route assignments, shifts, attendance, and performance.
6. Oversee fleet compliance, including maintenance, registration, insurance, and adherence to RTA, safety, and regulatory requirements.
7. Monitor and control transportation costs such as fuel, maintenance, and third-party logistics services.
8. Act as the coordination point between sales, customer service, and logistics to meet customer delivery requirements and resolve issues.
9. Prepare transportation performance reports and support budgeting, cost optimization, and logistics planning.
10. Enforce HSSE policies, conduct safety training, and promote sustainability initiatives such as fuel efficiency and emissions reduction.

Pay: AED5,900.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
