You check and optimize the distribution routes of the deliveries in the specified region.
You are flexible to assist your colleagues in other depots in case of absences.
You are responsible for briefing subcontractors on the routes to be followed and monitoring any changes.
You take the necessary organizational measures to plan for any subsequent distribution.
You monitor and ensure the quality of delivery, you record complaints and follow up on them in collaboration with the internal services involved.
You maintain close contact with the customer for reporting and follow-up of predetermined parameters.
