Job Description

Oversee and coordinate the entire supply chain process for gas cylinders/bulk, including warehousing, and distribution. Manage and track deliveries to ensure timely and accurate delivery of gas cylinders to customers. Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve any issues related to inventory and logistics. Maintain accurate records of inventory, and related documentation using inventory management systems. Proficiency in ERP software and inventory management systems, as well as Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen attention to detail. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex logistics challenges. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with suppliers, customers, and team members. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic work environment. Managing the distribution of goods and products Organizing shipment and delivery schedules Coordinating with vendors, carriers, and other stakeholders Developing and monitoring distribution operational plans Ensuring efficient and timely delivery of goods Tracking and analysing distribution performance Manage the distribution of products and materials Coordinate and supervise the daily activities of warehouse staff Monitor and track the flow of materials and products Develop and implement an efficient distribution system Organize and prioritize orders Maintain records of distribution activities
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Previous 2 years of experience as a Distribution assistant or in a similar role within the oil and gas industry is highly desirable.
