Job Description

Must Have Display Production Experience Ensuring that production processes are in line with company and regulatory requirements Accurately completing all necessary documentation for regulatory compliance Informing a production team of preferred occupational health and safety practices Communicating expectations to production team members and evaluating their performance Implementing relevant emergency response procedures during emergency situations Regularly checking the machinery and checkpoints to ensure safe and efficient workflow Compiling reports about production and providing management with updates Managing the repair or replacement of faulty production equipment Ensuring all resources and assets are used efficiently and correctly Strong communication skills to actively listen to stakeholders and clearly verbalize ideas and action plans Excellent organizational skills to plan production schedules and ensure the availability of necessary materials and equipment Strong analytical skills to determine problems within the production process and take appropriate action Good time-management skills to minimize downtime and ensure a team works efficiently The ability to cope with pressure and make sound decisions quickly Good concentration and attention to detail to quickly notice errors on a production or assembly line Strong teamwork skills, as the job involves working with others in a team A technical mind and the ability to work with their hands Working knowledge of relevant machinery and equipment, including interpretation of production reports and identification of problems Solid troubleshooting skills to successfully determine the causes of production issues

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
