Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and schedule daily dispatch of marble orders to clients or project sites. Prepare and verify shipping documents, including delivery notes, invoices, and transport manifests. Ensure proper loading and unloading of marble slabs or tiles to avoid damage during transport. Communicate with drivers regarding routes, schedules, and delivery priorities. Track deliveries and provide updates to management and customers as needed. Maintain accurate records of stock movement, dispatch schedules, and deliveries. Report any discrepancies, delays, or damages immediately to the supervisor. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and handling procedures. Coordinate with the warehouse team for inventory management and availability of products for dispatch.
