Job Description

The Dispatch Executive will be responsible for managing and coordinating all dispatch-related activities to ensure timely and accurate delivery of finished goods to customers. The role requires a smart, proactive, and tough individual capable of handling transporters and drivers effectively, while maintaining smooth coordination with the inventory, finance, and production departments for seamless dispatch operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute daily dispatch schedules as per delivery requirements and customer timelines. Coordinate with production and inventory teams to ensure the availability and readiness of materials for dispatch. Manage and monitor transporters and drivers to ensure timely vehicle placement, loading, and departure. Verify dispatch documentation including delivery notes, invoices, and gate passes in coordination with the finance team. Ensure accuracy of material quantities, vehicle loading, and proper documentation before dispatch. Track deliveries and ensure completion of shipments as per schedule; address any delivery delays or issues promptly. Maintain proper communication with customers, transporters, and internal departments to ensure operational efficiency. Support inventory reconciliation by ensuring all dispatched materials are correctly recorded in the system. Enforce company standards for vehicle loading safety, product handling, and documentation compliance. Prepare daily/weekly dispatch reports and highlight any operational challenges to the management.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in dispatch/logistics operations, preferably in manufacturing or 3PL environments. Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills. English and Hindi is must. Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple transporters and drivers effectively. Working knowledge of dispatch documentation, ERP/Tally systems, and MS Office. Good understanding of logistics operations, route planning, and delivery scheduling. Energetic, disciplined, and result-oriented approach towards operations.
