Job Description
We are looking for a Dispatch Coordinator to manage and oversee 3PL logistics operations for our construction chemical manufacturing business. The role involves coordinating with production, warehouse, and third-party logistics providers to ensure timely, safe, and compliant deliveries to customers.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and schedule dispatches through 3PL partners. Coordinate with internal teams and transporters to meet delivery timelines. Ensure proper documentation and compliance for chemical transport. Track and monitor shipments, resolving delivery issues quickly. Maintain dispatch records and evaluate 3PL performance.
Requirements
Diploma/Bachelor's in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field. 3+ years' experience in dispatch/logistics coordination (preferably in chemicals or manufacturing). Knowledge of 3PL operations, ERP systems, and transport regulations. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
