Handle incoming calls and assign tasks to field staff. Coordinate schedules and routes across all UAE locations. Maintain accurate records of calls, dispatches, and updates. Ensure timely resolution of customer requests and issues.
Requirements:
Knowledge of all UAE locations and roads. Prior experience in call center operations or dispatching is preferred. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment.
