Job Title: Dispatcher

Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Dispatcher who has strong knowledge of Dubai's roads, traffic conditions, and areas. The ideal candidate should have prior experience as a dispatcher in Dubai, excellent communication skills in Urdu and basic English, and the ability to guide and manage drivers for efficient order delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, assign, and dispatch orders to drivers for on-time delivery.

Maintain real-time communication with drivers to ensure smooth operations.

Use knowledge of Dubai's roads, shortcuts, and traffic patterns to optimize routes.

Train and guide drivers to handle more orders efficiently and maintain service quality.

Monitor drivers' daily performance, attendance, and punctuality.

Handle urgent orders and resolve delivery-related issues quickly.

Ensure drivers follow company policies, safety rules, and delivery protocols.

Coordinate with operations and customer support teams for smooth order flow.

Keep accurate records of dispatched orders, delivery times, and performance reports.

Assist in managing driver schedules, replacements, and shift planning.

Motivate drivers to achieve daily/weekly targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a dispatcher in Dubai (mandatory).

Excellent knowledge of Dubai roads, traffic regulations, and delivery hotspots.

Strong communication skills - must speak fluent Urdu and basic English.

Ability to guide, train, and motivate drivers for better performance.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.

Familiarity with delivery tracking systems, maps, and navigation apps.

Good organizational and multitasking abilities.

Must be flexible with shift timings.
