Coordinate the shipment of used vehicles from the U.S. to the UAE, ensuring accurate documentation and timely dispatch. Communicate daily with U.S.-based suppliers, transporters, port authorities, and UAE clearing agents. Schedule and monitor inland transport from U.S. auction yards or dealerships to shipping ports. Track containers and vehicle shipments in real time from origin to destination. Verify shipping documents such as Bill of Lading, vehicle titles, commercial invoices, and inspection reports. Ensure proper loading procedures for vehicles into containers, including safety and damage checks. Liaise with UAE customs and port authorities for clearance and delivery to final destinations. Maintain accurate logs of vehicle movements, shipping status, and ETAs. Coordinate with clearing and delivery teams in the UAE to ensure smooth handover of vehicles. Resolve delays, shipping issues, or documentation problems promptly and professionally. Update internal systems and clients regularly on shipment progress and any operational changes.
