Key Responsibilities
Plan and manage daily dispatches based on customer orders and production schedules.
Coordinate with warehouse, production, sales, and transport teams for timely deliveries.
Create delivery orders, goods issue, and related documentation in
SAP
.
Ensure accurate packaging, labeling, and loading of finished goods.
Maintain dispatch records, transport documents, and tracking reports.
Communicate dispatch timelines to customers and resolve delivery issues.
Support compliance with ISO/BRC quality and food-safety standards.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
2-4 years of experience in dispatch/logistics (preferably in manufacturing or plastics).
Strong SAP knowledge
(SD/MM/WM modules).
Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of UAE logistics/transport requirements.
Experience with FMCG or plastic packaging industries.
