We are looking for an experienced, motivated individual with a broad spectrum of skills to take on a crucial role in our customer service and client relations department.
Core Responsibilites
Core Responsibilites
- Qualify Members for investment tours
- Push to travel qualified members to Dubai
- Achieve a substantial tour conversion rate monthly
- Ensure a full book of business for arrivals and scheduled tours monthly
- Generate member referrals
- Market and sell memberships
- Handle all qualified member queries/complaints
- Ensure member satisfaction and overall positive experience during their visit to Dubai
Desired Skill & Expertise:
- Charismatic & Friendly
- Face to face sales & telesales experience is a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Driven by sales and commission
- Professional and friendly manner
- Work effectively as a team player
- Language skills- Should be fluent in English, French and Arabic
