As a Director in our Rewards practice, you will collaborate with some of the industry\xe2\x80\x99s top consultants while you develop deep and cutting-edge technical knowledge and skills. You will manage consulting projects while providing input to senior colleagues and overseeing and quality-reviewing junior staff\xe2\x80\x99s work. You may also serve as project lead on projects of smaller scope. The scope of our projects will range from those focused solely on broad-based rewards (e.g., competitive compensation analyses, base salary program design, job levelling and architecture, pay equity and pay fairness assessments and strategy) to those involving other lines of business such as M&A due diligence and integration, total rewards strategy design and optimization assessments. You will also participate in and contribute to activities that support continued revenue growth of the Work & Rewards line of business and WTW overall. These activities may include supporting local, regional and/or national marketing events, performing industry/topical research and developing intellectual capital, and participating in our firm\xe2\x80\x99s industry and/or topical teams. The Role As Director in the Total Reward and Executive Solution, you will perform the following job responsibilities.
  • Contribute to sales and business development efforts for Work & Rewards consulting business focusing on the area of Total Reward and Executive Solution
  • Serve as Project Manager for marque Total Reward and Executive Solution clients.
  • Lead a team of consultants and associates in winning clients, delivering excellent client work, and managing operations for Total Reward and Executive Solution
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with client contacts through effective communication and efficient, quality execution of projects.
  • Develop new intellectual capital for the Total Reward and Executive Solution by consolidating internal work experiences and participating in regional/global initiatives.
  • Contribute to intellectual eminence and development of point of views on executive compensation and board advisory topics.
  • Participate in marketing initiatives including media, research papers and surveys.
  • Work with other lines of business within WTW to cross sell other products and solutions to existing clients
  • At least 10 years of experience in rewards and compensation in the private sector or a compensation consulting background.
  • Knowledge of tax, corporate finance, regulatory, benefit, corporate governance, and accounting requirements
  • Strong subject-matter expertise in compensation, including the areas of tax, corporate finance, DEI, regulatory and accounting requirements, annual, equity, stock and other long and short-term incentive programs also broad based.
  • Demonstrated first-hand experience with special equity and incentive plans in a broad array of compensation related areas.
  • Some experience with special equity and incentive plans for situations such as IPOs, LBOs, M&As, divestitures and entrepreneurial starts ups will be a plus.
  • Demonstrated success or strong evidence to support new business generation.
  • Strong client relationship, interpersonal and team skills
