Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic advisor to the Vice President and executive leadership, providing actionable insights, market analysis, and recommendations
• Conduct sector and industry analyses, identifying growth opportunities and risk mitigation strategies
• Lead portfolio management initiatives, optimizing investment performance and operational efficiency
• Drive major cross-functional projects focused on growth, cost optimization, and digital transformation
• Oversee impact measurement frameworks to track and evaluate strategic initiatives
• Represent the strategy function in executive meetings and external engagements
• Develop long-term strategic options and scenario plans based on emerging trends and competitive dynamics
• Lead thought leadership initiatives and maintain strong awareness of industry innovations

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred
• 10+ years of senior-level strategy experience, ideally in consulting, portfolio management, or corporate transformation
• Proven experience in leading complex, high-impact projects and engaging senior stakeholders
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling skills
• Excellent communication and influence at the executive level
• Ability to manage ambiguity and drive change in a fast-paced environment
