Ensure compliance with
RERA, DLD
, and internal brokerage standards.
Lead commercial marketing strategies in collaboration with the marketing team.
Manage operational performance, KPIs, revenue growth, and departmental profitability.
Represent Sky View Real Estate in major client meetings, negotiations, and industry events.
Identify new opportunities for portfolio diversification and revenue expansion.
Requirements
Minimum
5+ years of UAE Real Estate experience
, specifically in
Commercial and Secondary Market
.
Proven track record of managing a commercial real estate team or department.
Strong knowledge of the Dubai commercial market, including leasing and sales.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and scale high-performing teams.
Strong network of landlords, corporates, and commercial investors (preferred).
RERA certification is an advantage.
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced qualification preferred.
