Commercial Real Estate Consultant
to join our

. The role involves managing client relationships, conducting property viewings, and closing residential and commercial property deals in Abu Dhabi.
Requirements:
Proven experience in
commercial
real estate sales or leasing
Strong knowledge of property investment, leasing procedures, and market trends
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and handle high-value commercial transactions
Based in the UAE.
Must hold
UK or USA nationality
Responsibilities:
Handle commercial property sales and leasing (offices, retail, industrial, etc.)
Maintain and build strong relationships with investors and developers
Conduct site visits, negotiate deals, and manage client portfolios
Stay up to date with the latest trends and opportunities in the UAE market
