Job Description



A fantastic opportunity has opened up within a large consumer Group for a Head of Performance & Rewards, based in Dubai.

This role is to develop a comprehensive Total Rewards framework, leading the integration and optimization of compensation, benefits, recognition, and career development pathways, aligning them closely with the organization\'s goals and competitive practices in the market.

Responsibilities will include:
  • Designing and managing a Total Rewards strategy, focusing on competitive compensation and benefits in alignment with the group\'s reward strategy.
  • Evaluating market trends, contributing to policy reviews, and implementing pay and benefits plans, including special compensation initiatives.
  • Salary planning, merit increase cycles across regions, and utilizes the Korn Ferry/ Hay Group methodology for job evaluation, aiding in the development of a global job architecture (Mercer/Aon).
  • Global rollout of total rewards and compensation modules on SAP, in collaboration with SAP HCM consultants.
  • Integrate compensation, benefits, and growth paths, ensuring market competitiveness and internal equity through benchmarking analyses, standardizing HR transactions to maintain consistency.
  • Job analysis/Organizational Design/Development
  • Managing global payroll with precision, advising on SAP ERP integration for operational efficiency, and advancing HR team expertise in strategic HR delivery, technology, and data analytics.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations, offering constructive feedback and setting clear objectives to ensure team members are engaged and productive.
  • Strategically manage team resources to optimize individual strengths and meet departmental goals effectively and efficiently.
Requirements:
  • Based in Dubai with experience in a large company or Group
  • Arabic will be highly advatnageous
  • A strong background in designing competitive compensation and benefits structures
  • Experienced in market research and financial insight, coupled with an in-depth understanding of global payroll systems, tax regulations, and compliance across jurisdictions
  • A comprehensive knowledge of labor laws and regulatory compliance related to performance management and total rewards is essential
  • The job operates in a highly confidential environment and the job holder must be comfortable analyzing complex data from various sources at an advisory level of expertise and proficiency
  • Experienced in using the Korn Ferry/ Hay methodology
  • Proven track record in managing global payroll operations and in-depth knowledge of ERP systems, particularly HR modules
  • Exceptional analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
